You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the desired flower arrangement, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Also, you can do it via phone call or DM on Instagram. Alternatively, you can visit our physical store during business hours, and our friendly staff will assist you with your order.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer secure online payment options such as PayPal / Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay for your convenience.

We offer seasonal promotions throughout the year, as well as special pricing for bulk orders, events, and repeat clients. Discount availability depends on the type and size of your arrangement. Promotion is valid while the stock lasts and is always announced on our Instagram stories. With that being said, please make sure to follow us on Instagram @alidreamflower to stay tuned.

We offer delivery across Arlington Heights. For locations outside our standard area, please contact us for availability and rates.

Yes, we offer same-day flower delivery if flowers are in stock.
Please note that a delivery fee increase may apply around certain holidays.
Same Day delivery: If you order before 11:00 am in the recipient’s time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Sunday after 4 pm.
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special note box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For custom arrangements, events, or large orders, we recommend ordering 24-48 hours in advance.

We will contact the recipient. If they are unavailable, the arrangement will be left in a safe location or redelivered by request (additional fee may apply).

All arrangements are delivered in an Aqua Box to ensure freshness and stability.
Each order also comes with a care card to help your flowers last longer.

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized message with your order (Order Notes). We will make sure to include it with the flowers when they are delivered.

Yes! You can customize your arrangement with preferred flowers and colors. If a flower is out of season, we will offer the closest alternative.

Your order includes a care card, but in general:
Keep flowers in a cool spot.
Change water every 1-2 days.
Avoid direct sunlight and heat.

Yes, we specialize in creating beautiful floral arrangements for weddings. Our experienced florists will work closely with you to bring your vision to life and make your special day even more memorable. Contact us in advance to schedule a consultation.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery time for a full refund.
Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once the arrangement is already prepared.
Refunds
Because flowers are perishable and custom-made, we do not offer refunds once the order has been created or delivered.
However, if there is an issue with the arrangement, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist.

Yes! If your location is outside our 30-mile delivery radius, you can request delivery through Uber Package. We'll prepare your arrangement securely, and you can book an Uber driver to pick it up and deliver it to your address.
Please note:
The client is responsible for arranging and paying for the Uber Package trip.
Once the order is picked up by the driver, we are not responsible for delays or handling by the Uber courier.
We will make sure your flowers are carefully packaged for safe travel.
